Last updated: June 12, 2026 · The FIFA Fan Festival Dallas at Fair Park officially opened on June 11, drawing hundreds of soccer fans to watch the kickoff of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

For one month this summer, the biggest sporting event on the planet sets up shop in our backyard. Dallas Stadium (AT&T Stadium in Arlington) hosts nine World Cup matches — more than any other venue — capped by a semifinal on July 14. And the official FIFA Fan Festival is right here at Fair Park, about 10 minutes from Bishop Arts. For a soccer-loving neighborhood like Oak Cliff, this is the summer.

The Free Fan Festival at Fair Park

The FIFA Fan Festival runs June 11–July 19, free and open to all, holding up to 35,000 fans. Every match is shown live on giant screens at The Pavilion (covered seating plus a grass hillside), alongside concerts, cultural showcases, mini-pitches, skills zones, and food courts. It’s the closest big-screen World Cup experience to Oak Cliff — and it won’t cost you a dime to get in.
